Sharing Our Story – Team Member Perspectives
For me, it’s all about the people. I have always said if I can go to work and laugh every day, then that's the place I want to be. Every day can be challenging, but every day I've laughed, and that's the most important thing to me.
My favorite Enavate memory was back in Denver in 2019, the first time we all met after the integration with DXC. We were all tasked with ideas to make Enavate a profitable company, and there were some great ideas that were born out of that that are still being rolled out today. So, that was that was really exciting and I enjoyed that very much.
I had the opportunity to work in various roles at Enavate, contributing to both delivery and operations teams. Sometimes we stumbled, but more often than not we achieved our goals, but none of these would have been possible without a strong and reliable team around me. So I'm incredibly proud of having built such a team and it's been rewarding experience watching leaders develop, grow and become even more confident leaders in my team.
I'm most proud about Enavate really establishing ourselves as a leader in the industry. We have reimagined the future for the Dynamics GP clients and we built phenomenal tools to help position them and their companies for the next decade of success. Now I'm most excited about pouring that same energy into executing our strategy as there's nothing in our way now.
An Enavate, we're encouraged to take initiative, make decisions, drive projects forward. And this culture of empowerment, it really fosters innovation and creativity and that allows us to bring our best ideas to the table and then see them come to life so.I think that that it also creates a supportive environment where everyone feels motivated. And willing to contribute to the company's success. Overall, I guess this approach not only enhances personal growth, but it drives overall success and innovate. And it makes it a really rewarding place to work.
The best thing about working at innovate is the great team members. Every day I get to see team members making our clients’ and each other's lives better.
I had the opportunity in June to go back to Ukraine and meet the team in place. The role models they are for anyone is fantastic - the morale and the engagement in the team. It was just amazing to see them in person and to meet everyone. That was fantastic.
I am incredibly proud of Enavate's accomplishment in migrating over 150 clients from our virtual private cloud to Azure. This was a massive undertaking. This showcases our team's expertise, our dedication. Our ability to deliver complex project successfully.And this is definitely a testament to Enavate's capabilities as a Microsoft partner. I mean, how many other Microsoft partners can say that they have achieved something of this scale? So, this achievement not only highlights our technical proficiency, but also our commitment to providing top notch service to our clients.So I'm super proud of this massive migration.
