Enavate Visionary Awards: Honoring Excellence and Our Core Values

Enavate would not be the company it is without our people, empowered to advocate for our clients, fellow team members and our communities. Our leadership style is unique and rooted in our core values, innovation, results, integrity and team members.

We care about technology and the people that use it. With a passion to change “business as usual” our team of smart and creative experts takes a personal approach to transforming businesses and the lives they touch.

We don’t have employees; we have team members. What would be considered “departments” at other organizations are self-directed pods. As for our leaders, we prefer to call them Pod Meisters™, not “bosses.”

We may expect a lot from our people, but their efforts do not go unnoticed. Our successes could not have been possible without our team. That’s why on our 6th birthday we launched our first Enavate Visionary Awards to recognize team members that exemplify our core values, empowerment, collaboration, leadership and team work.

In true Enavate fashion, team members chose the winners, and provided heartfelt nomination messages, such as the ones below.

• Becky Metzler, Visionary Award winner, Core Value: Team Members – “Becky has a big heart for the company and her fellow team members. From the daily COVID funnies to the cooking classes she hosts to leading Empowerment sessions – she is always 100% there for the team.”
• Serhii Sidliar, Visionary Award winner, Core Value: Results – “Serhii’s dedication and commitment to the SD Worx project have been nothing less than consistent over the years. Serhii has become the key person for SD Worx and can answer any question from the client and address any issue.”
• Olena Kapral, Visionary Award winner, Enavate Partner Services pod – “Olena did a huge amount of work to sustain the EPS pod’s delivery on projects, coordinate efforts of multiple people and support team members. Olena is always focused on team progress and keeping a productive environment. She is an exceptional demonstration of empowerment, dedication and core values.”
• Chad Strong, Visionary Award winner, Enavate Cloud Services pod – “Chad is reliable, considerate, kind, generous with his time, excellent with clients and very knowledgeable. He is always going above and beyond and is a very hard worker. He's always there, always willing to help, always looking for ways that we can improve and doesn't settle for mediocrity.”
