ENGLEWOOD, CO — February 23, 2015 - ENAVATE (formerly Project AX), one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics AX providers in the U.S., today announced the appointment of Michael Travis as a member of the company’s board, effective immediately.
“Michael’s accomplishments as a corporate leader and senior adviser with leading IT software, consulting and solutions companies will add insight and experience to our Board,” said Thomas Ajspur, Chairman and CEO. “Michael has had a track record of driving growth by focusing on identifying customer needs and delivering value to customers, and we think his judgment and counsel will be very valuable in helping to guide ENAVATE in the years ahead.”

Mr. Travis began his career at Arthur Andersen consulting where he held positions including Global Leader ERP and Supply Chain Solutions, Managing Partner Pacific Region Consulting and Business Consulting Global Leadership Team. He joined Hitachi’s global IT business unit in 2002 and held positions including CEO, Hitachi Consulting; CEO, Hitachi Global IT Holding Company; and CEO, Hitachi Solutions, America, Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Travis was Chairman Emeritus with Hitachi Solutions America, a consulting firm and systems integrator. Travis was previously recognized as a Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine and has served on advisory Boards at leading universities including University of Southern California, University of Texas at Austin and Southern Methodist University. He was a licensed CPA in Texas and California. He received his BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and currently is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Chapman University Argyros School of Business and Economics in Orange, CA.
