Project AX and MBS Dev Rebrand as Enavate

ENGLEWOOD, CO — February 18, 2015 — Project AX, one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics providers in the U.S., has officially changed its name to ENAVATE effective immediately.   The new corporate identity has also been adopted by MBS Dev, acquired by Project AX in December 2014. Project AX’s wholly owned subsidiary, Celenia software, continues under the brand Celenia, but will operate as two entities:  Celenia Software, LLC – selling the company’s Distribution Suite and E-commerce platform; and Celenia Global Services, Inc. – providing enterprise, ISV and VAR services and development to clients world-wide.

Kevin Dooley, ENAVATE’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, explains that the brand reflects the newly combined company’s leadership position as one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the US. “The ENAVATE identity was chosen to reflect the core DNA of the combined organization as well as the special role we play in enabling end to end growth within the global Dynamics market.”  Dooley continues, “Our brand was conceived by focusing on our core company values and viewing them through the lens of our stakeholders.  Those stakeholders included our employees, our customers, our Microsoft partner, and our investors.  We asked ourselves what message did we specifically want to convey in our brand about the commitments we would deliver to these four audiences?  As a result, we found themes like innovation; creating value at all levels; navigating various journeys from professional development - to an Enterprise level ERP and CRM journey - to an overall Dynamics market consolidation.  We felt the need to convey the tremendous energy in the combined organization, and we found a strong theme around enablement…of careers, of successful implementations, of market growth, and investment returns.”

ENAVATE is becoming one of the only Microsoft Dynamics partners capable of providing a seamless end-to-end consulting and software solution to enterprise clients, ISVs and partner channels.  “We have a solution strategy that includes strategic acquisitions as one component, so it is essential that our brand encompasses not just who we are today, but who we will be in the very near future,” states ENAVATE Chief Executive Officer Thomas Ajspur.

“With their added services and offerings, ENAVATE is increasing the value they are bringing to customers,” adds Neil Holloway, Microsoft Corporate Vice President, Sales & Partners.  “Their ability to lead Microsoft’s customers through the entire ERP journey, as well as provide business consulting services and development to our ISV community really helps customers quickly go from purchase to value.”
